Exporting your data
Your shop’s data belongs to you. The owner can download all of it at any time, as spreadsheet files plus a separate archive of product photos.
Make an export
- Sign in as the owner and open Back office → Export your data. (Only the owner sees this page.)
- Leave Also make the photo archive ticked if you want the photos too. For a big shop the photo archive can take a few minutes.
- Click Make export, then download the files listed under Ready to download.
What’s in it
| File | What it holds |
|---|---|
vendors.csv | Dealers and consignors, their rates and consignment terms |
items.csv | Every item and its status — for sale, sold, removed, returned, donated — with prices and markdowns |
orders.csv, order_items.csv | Every sale and refund, register and online, with the split on each line |
payouts.csv, vendor_balances.csv | Payout statements, and what each seller is owed right now |
booths.csv, locations.csv, categories.csv, settings.csv | How your shop is set up |
tax_profiles.csv, users.csv | W-9 details (last four digits of tax IDs only) and logins (no passwords) |
item_photos.csv + photo archive | Which photo belongs to which item, and the photos themselves |
Every row has an ID, and other files refer to it (for example order_items.vendor_id → vendors.id), so the files can be joined back together in a spreadsheet or another system. Money is in cents. A README.txt inside explains each file.
Never included: passwords, full tax ID numbers, your EIN, and payment-processor or mail credentials. AllAisles never stores card numbers in the first place.
If you leave AllAisles
You can make an export yourself right up to the end of your service. After service ends you can still ask us for one for 30 days. That doesn’t extend your storefront or register. Converting your data into another product’s format is quoted separately.
