The online store

Your whole floor, online and live.

Every booth. Every consignor’s piece. Searchable and for sale on your own website, around the clock — and always true to what’s on the floor, because it’s the same inventory your register sells from.

Try it for real: open the demo storefront in one window and the register in another (cashier login on the demo page), sell the piece you have open, and watch the storefront mark it sold by itself.

Why it matters

Your best salesperson never goes home.

Your doors never close

Your shop keeps selling after you lock up — evenings, Sundays, snow days. Paid orders wait on the pull list in the morning.

Shoppers you’d never meet

The collector two states away searching for one exact pattern can find it on your site, buy it and have it shipped. Shipping is quoted by weight at checkout.

Shoppers who arrive knowing

Locals browse before they drive over. Every item page says which booth it’s in — and if it’s on the site, it’s still in the building.

No double-selling, ever

One-of-a-kind means you can’t restock. Every sale locks the piece first, so the counter and the website can never both sell it.

No re-typing, no syncing

Not a second system to keep up to date. The listing that prints the tag is the listing online — photos, price, condition and booth.

Proof your stock moves

Sold pieces move to a public “recently sold” room, so shoppers see that good things go fast — and come back sooner.

What shoppers see

The whole building in one search.

Your storefront is your shop’s own website, on your domain and in your colors. Shoppers search every booth and every consignor at once, or browse one dealer’s booth on its own page.

  • Search, categories, price filters and “can be shipped”
  • Item pages with photos, condition, era, maker — and which booth to find it in
  • A page for every dealer, with their story and specialties
  • Checkout with store pickup or shipping; receipts and updates by email
  • Built for phones, where most shoppers will find you

Questions

Does every item go online automatically?

Yes. When a dealer, a consignor or your staff lists an item — the same step that prints its barcode tag — it’s for sale on your website at the same moment. Anything you’d rather keep in the store only can be marked “hidden online” and still sold at the register.

What stops an item selling twice?

Every sale locks the item first. If someone at the counter and someone online go for the same piece at the same moment, the first payment wins, and the other person is told it just sold before their card is charged. Items in an online cart aren’t held, because your floor keeps selling.

How fast does the website update?

Instantly. There’s no sync and no overnight upload: the register and the website read the same inventory, so the moment a sale completes, it’s sold everywhere. A shopper who already has the item open sees it marked “just sold” within a few seconds, without refreshing.

What happens when someone buys online?

The piece is theirs right away and is taken off sale at the register too. It appears on your staff’s pull list, sorted by booth. Pickup orders turn “ready” when the last piece is pulled, and the shopper is emailed; shipping orders get a tracking number, which is emailed too.

Do dealers have to photograph and list everything?

They can list from their phone in a minute or two. If they won’t, your staff can list for them — and your listing-service fee is added to those items automatically.

Is the online store an extra subscription?

No. It’s included in every plan, on your own branded domain (or yourshop.allaisles.com on Starter). Online card payments run through your own card processor account, which we connect during setup.

Will consignment markdowns show online?

Yes. When a consignment item’s price drops on schedule, it drops at the register and on the website at the same moment, with the original price shown crossed out.
