For antique malls, vendor malls & consignment shops
Every aisle of your shop, online.
Every piece you list — from every booth and every consignor — goes on your own website, where anyone can find it, day or night. And it’s live: when an item sells at the counter, a shopper who already has its page open sees it change to “Just sold” within seconds, without refreshing. Your register, your sellers’ portals and their payout statements all run on that one inventory.

Live inventory
Your whole floor. Online and live.
Shops that sell other people’s things hold hundreds or thousands of one-of-a-kind pieces, and keeping a separate website in step with the floor is hard. AllAisles makes the website and the counter the same shelf.
Open when you’re closed
Shoppers browse every booth at 11 on a Sunday night. With online checkout switched on, you come in Monday to a paid order on the pull list.
Found far past your town
A collector three states away can find the exact piece they’ve been hunting — and, with online checkout, pay and have it shipped, quoted by weight.
Built to prevent double-selling
Each piece is locked while a payment goes through. If the counter and the website reach for it at once, the first payment completes and the other buyer is told it just sold before their card is charged.
No second job
Nobody re-types anything. The listing that prints the price tag is the listing on the website — with its photos, price, and which booth it’s in.
Online card checkout is in final testing. It runs through each shop’s own Stripe account and is switched on for a shop only after it passes verification. Until then your storefront shows your live inventory and you sell in store. The demo’s payments are simulated.
How it works
List it once. It’s online and at the register.
List it
A dealer, a consignor or your staff adds a piece — from a phone, with photos — and prints its barcode tag.
It’s online
As soon as it’s saved it’s on your website, searchable alongside every other booth, showing shoppers exactly where to find it.
It sells — anywhere
At the register, or online at any hour. Whoever pays first gets it.
Everything updates
The website, the register, the pull list, the dealer’s or consignor’s statement and your “recently sold” room — updated together, automatically.
A real online store, included
Not a Shopify add-on you pay for separately. Shoppers browse every booth on your domain, in your colors — and, with online checkout, buy for pickup or shipping.
One checkout for the whole mall
Scan the tag, take cash, card, check or gift certificate. Every sale — counter or online — splits itself between the shop and the dealer or consignor automatically.
Listing service that pays you
Dealers who won’t list online? List for them. AllAisles adds your listing fee to those items automatically and takes it out at the sale.
Who it’s for
Any shop that sells other people’s things.
One checkout, many owners’ items, and a split to pay out — that’s what AllAisles is built for.
Antique & vintage malls
Dealers rent booths; you charge booth rent, a commission, or both. Every dealer gets a login the day their booth is assigned.
Consignment shops
Consignors bring items in; you sell them and keep your side of the split. Consignment periods, automatic markdowns and an end-of-term list for returns and donations are built in, and consignors check their items and payouts online instead of calling.
Craft, maker & booth-rental shops
Makers and vendors rent space or shelves. Same split, same payouts, one online store for everything in the building.
The problem it solves
Most shop software stops at the register.
Selling online usually means bolting a separate store onto your back office — another subscription, another setup, and inventory that can drift out of sync. AllAisles is one system, so the website and the floor work from the same records.
If it’s on the site, it’s in the building.
When a piece sells online, it’s marked sold at the register too — scan its tag and the register says it’s sold. It lands on your staff’s pull list, sorted by booth, so someone walks the floor once.
- Pickup orders turn “ready” — and the shopper is emailed — when the last piece is pulled
- Shipping orders get a tracking number, emailed to the shopper
- Sold pieces move to a public “recently sold” room that shows shoppers your stock really moves

The split is worked out at the moment of sale.
Set each dealer’s commission once. AllAisles freezes the split onto every sale — commission, listing service, card fee — so every statement is ready to print on payout day, not a weekend with a spreadsheet.
